ELO 7" black vinyl singles were issued in the UK with 5 different format pressings and types of centre hole:

4 Prong push out (that it can be broken out to create the large hole) with various paper labels.

ELO 7" Demo/Promo Singles
ELO issued in the UK Demo/Promo 7" singles for all EMI/Harvest, United Artist & Jet Records (United Artists and CBS Distribution) releases from "10538 Overture" in June 1972 to "Four Little Diamonds" in October 1983.
Demo/Promo's were issued on Solid Centres, 4 Prong Push Out Centres & Coloured Vinyl's.
EXCEPT the singles "I'M Alive" & "Ticket To The Moon" which were not issued with Demo/Promo labels.

All Warner Brothers, Jet Records issues that were marketed by Polydor & Epic issues did not issue any Demo/Promo 7" singles....

.... Until Epic issued two coloured Promo's in 2006 & 2007 !
ELO 7" Single Sleeves
The first ELO Picture Sleeve issued was "Rockaria!" in Feb 1977, every ELO single issued after that (excluding Re-Issues) come with a Picture Sleeve, EXCEPT "The Way Life's Meant To Be" in Jan 1982.

"Company Sleeves" were issued by EMI Harvest, Warner Brothers, Jet Records (Distributed/Marketed by Polydor), Jet Records Distributed by United Artists & CBS) and Epic, as shown below. Plain White and Plain Black sleeves were also used for ELO singles.
