Issued on the Yellow/Blue Sky Jet Records Tower label. it came in a UK picture sleeve and a plain white sleeve.

The jet Records label has "Made In England" in the rim text, but with a different font and text layout to the UK issue.

 

"Record mdf in Ireland" text is on the label and " & Eire" is added to the licensees rights line.

 

It was also issued in a UK printed picture sleeve.
