A: Livin' Thing

B: Fire On High

Label:  United Artists

Cat No:  UP 36184

Issue Date:  29 October 1976

Format:  Black Vinyl

Peak Irish Chart Position:  06

Notes:

Released on United Artists / Jet Records tan label, it came in a plain white sleeve, or in a plain black sleeve.

Issued in the format:

  • 4 Prong Push Out centre with a raised/flat or "moon surface" Irish pressing plant circle.

First ELO single on Jet Records that was distributed by United Artist.

Livin' Thing was issued in Ireland with a tan coloured United Artists UK label without any changes to the information printed on the label.

It is therefore really hard to spot or find this Irish issue.

You can tell it apart from a UK issue by the "lunar" or "moon surface" centre rough pressing.
