Released on United Artists / Jet Records tan label, it came in a plain white sleeve, or in a plain black sleeve.

Issued in the format:

  • 4 Prong Push Out centre with a raised/flat or "moon surface" Irish pressing plant circle.

​

First ELO single on Jet Records that was distributed by United Artist.

 

Livin' Thing was issued in Ireland with a tan coloured United Artists UK label without any changes to the information printed on the label.

​

It is therefore really hard to spot or find this Irish issue.

​

You can tell it apart from a UK issue by the "lunar" or "moon surface" centre rough pressing.
